The following details that we collect through this registration form, date of birth, nationality, ID number and validity date, and card ID details, are necessary for the European Commission to grant you access to the European Commission’s premise on 26 June for attending the EPBD Article 19a stakeholder meeting. These details are only collected and processed for this specific purpose on behalf of the European Commission. You will receive your ePASS access directly from the European Commission.

None of the above details will be shared further, or be used for any other purposes than those respectively stated above.

The meeting might be audio- or video-recorded, photographed or broadcasted live through web-streaming. The recordings might be published on a publicly available website after the meeting.

Please allocate sufficient time before the event to go through security checks for entering the building. For the morning session, we recommend arrival at the meeting place half an hour to one hour before the meeting starts.
